AFE4960: What value of LEAD_STATUS of ON status?

Hello.
The AFE4960 data sheet says that "
The output of each pair of high and low comparators are consolidated into four Lead status flags
(LEAD_STATUS1, LEAD_STATUS2, LEAD_STATUS3, LEAD_STATUS4) that go high when the output of both
the comparators are 0 (implying that the lead is connected)".

"go high" means that LEAD_STATUS=1, doesn't it?
