TMAG5170-Q1: Hall Application for Angle Detection

Part Number: TMAG5170-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMAG5170

Hello Expert

We plan to useTMAG517 to detect a magnet (with only NS polarity) rotating 150 °, which is fixed on the rotating axis

Could  you help confirm if all of them can be implemented?

Magnet rotates vertically with the TMAG5170 by 150 °

Best Regards

Alex Xu

  • Hi Alex,

Yes this can be implemented, I have simulated this design in TIMSS and I have attached an image below as well as the files if you would like to see the data.
