AWR1642: How to enable CCS launcher again?

I am using CCS 10.  I was happened to check the checkbox described in "Use this as default and do not ask again".

Now after I run CCS, it won't show up the CCS launcher.  Is it possible to let CCS launcher show up again?

I prefer to choose the workspace by myself now.
