IWR6843LEVM: Overhead 3D People Tracking.

The Overhead 3D people tracking user guide says it can be run on IWR6843ISK-ODS or IWR6843AOPEVM.  I would like to run this on the IWR6843LEVM.  Is this possible and do I need the MMWAVEICBOOST Carrier Card?  Can I do without?  How can I do the antenna module calibration on the IWR6843LEVM?

    Hello, 

    Overhead 3D People Tracking in it's current state will not be compatible with the IWR6843LEVM. You might be able to modify the demo code to get it to work but it would require several changes (particularly related to the angle processing) which might quickly become complicated. 

    For overhead people tracking, ODS and AOP EVMs are supported because the antenna on these EVMs give an equal angular resolution in both the azimuth and elevation directions. This is not the case for LEVM. Can you tell me the reasoning for running this demo with IWR6843LEVM?

    Thanks so much for the detailed information.  Reason I had asked was is because I have the IWR6843LEVM and not the AOP EVM.  This helps a lot.
