AWR2944: VPP connection in general use

Thanks for the post. No, VPP is a power supply input. It should be connected to bypass capacitor, as shown in reference AWR2944EVM schematic. https://www.ti.com/lit/zip/sprr440 If not being used, for example the device you are using is not a high security device, (please see section 7.5 in the datasheet) that should suffice, as you don't need to provide a voltage there.
