For us, the UnifFlash version is UniFlash_8.4.0 and the host OS is Windows10.

UniFlash will now start up for a moment and then shut down immediately. Does this mean UniFlash won't run?

Also, your answer says to specify the host OS platform, but where do you specify it?

We have taken a look at your company's Users Guide.

Then I ask questions about things I don't understand or can't understand clearly.

Please provide concrete solutions rather than abstract answers.
