Sometimes, Uniflash doesn't succeed in loading the binary image because the uart port is not recognized when the usb cable is directly connected to the computer.
Otherwise, by interfacing with a USBC hub, it always works. Is there any Hardware issue related to the pullup on UART signals?

Thanks for the post - seems from your description that the hardware is working and this may be a PC port or driver issue - would you please check your device manager with the described connection (failure mode) and compare with image below, from the MMWAVEICBOOST User Manual, pages 13 and 14?

There are no pullups on the UART interface, which uses FT4232 from FTDI.
