PGA305EVM-034: external temperature measurement does't works (PTC)

I am trying to calibrate the PGA305EVM with an external thermistor (PTC) for temperature measurement.
Unfortunately this does not work.
I have the following configuration:
TEMP_MUX_CNTR: VINTP-VINTN
ITEMP_CTRL: 100uA

PTC = 2kOhm

What is wrong ?

I have found the problem.
I have to connect the INT connection to GND then it works.
A bit confusing with the picture in the data sheet.
