Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UNIFLASH,
Dear TI Technical Support Team,
I am reaching out for assistance with a few issues I am experiencing related to Uniflash, the mmWave Demo Visualizer, and the configuration of the radar toolbox in the CCS1220 environment. I have detailed my queries below and have included placeholders for images to provide more context.
- Question 1: Issue with Uniflash and mmWave Demo Visualizer
I have used Uniflash to program firmware into my device, as shown in the attached image.
The two firmware versions are located in the following directories:
C:\ti\mmwave_mcuplus_sdk_04_04_01_02\mmwave_dfp_02_02_04_00\rf_eval\rf_eval_firmware\
Additionally, I have included an image of my board setup for your reference.
I am using the mmWave Demo Visualizer provided by TI, available at:
The connection process is depicted in the following image.
Despite following the steps, I am unable to establish a successful connection. Could you please advise if there is an issue with the firmware programming or any other potential problem?
- Question 2: SBL Image Selection for Radar Toolbox Application
I successfully built the radar toolbox high-end corner application using CCS1220 and obtained the file awr2944_corner_radar.appimage. When using Uniflash, I am uncertain about which SBL Image file to select. Could you guide me on the appropriate choice for this process?
- Question 3: Modifying TX and RX Quantities in Radar Toolbox
In the CCS1220, while building the radar toolbox high-end corner application, I wish to modify the number of TX and RX. Is this done by altering the parameters in the file shown in the attached image? Additionally, how can I verify the success of these modifications?
Request for Detailed Guidance
If there are any errors in my process, I would greatly appreciate detailed guidance, preferably with illustrative images, to understand the correct procedure.
Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to your expert advice to resolve these issues.
Best regards,
Dylan
