AWR2944EVM: The function of TX4 phase shifter DAC (Digital to Analog Conversion) monitor

The TX Phase Shifter DAC monitor measures the difference in DAC voltage output across select phase shifter settings. It will basically report any abnormality or fault in the Tx chain phase shifter hardware if present.

Tx Phase shifter is not abnormality. Do not understand this statement.

The monitoring ensures that whatever phase shift you want in the transmission is there.
