AWR2944EVM: I need to exchange AWR2944EVM from REV B to REV D

Dear TI's Engineers, 

I bought two pieces of AWR2944EVM through TI's official website, and the hardware versions I received were REV B and REV D. REV B does not support the latest SDK. Moreover, it is found that when there is too much point cloud data, the board of REV B will crash. Due to the incompatibility of two different hardware versions, it caused a lot of trouble for our work. Therefore, I made a replacement request to TI China customer service. The Chinese customer service asked me to post here, and your product line engineers will judge whether they can return or exchange the goods. Can I request an exchange in this situation?

    just to confirm here, you want to have the oldest one (Rev B) replaced? Did you purchase these at exact same time or two years apart?

    Two boards were purchased through two orders. The two orders were separated by two weeks. The first order received REV D, while the second order received an older version of REV B. the order number is T04619383 and T04588274. Here is a screenshot of the order information.

    Hello,

    RevB has AWR2944 ES1.0 and later EVM revision got AWR2944 ES2.0 silicon revision.
    ES1.0 has lesser memory than ES2.0, that would cause OOB demo fail for larger no. of objects. 

    Please show this response ot the Customer Service team and request a replacement of the Rev B board.
