Hello,

What is the RH accuracy of HDC2010 under the following operating conditions?

  • VDD = 3 V
  • TA range: 0 to 50 °C
  • RH% ranges:
    1. 0 to 20%
    2. 80 to 100%

    Yokota-san,

    We have tested over voltage and over temperature in HDC2010. HDC2010 has excellent supply sensitivity for its RH readings, with no significant difference across its supply range (1.62V to 3.6V). We have tested HDC2010 at 0C and 60C, and HDC2010 remains in spec (±3%RH) at those temperatures from 20% to 80% RH. We have not collected data on HDC2010 below 20% and above 80%. If you are interested in a device with extended RH range (10% to 90%), I recommend our new HDC3020.
