This is not as complete for the IWRL6432 as the device is not in production yet. The full report will be available once the device is in production. However, you can find whatever information is available on the ti.com page for the IWRL6432, and going to the ordering and quality tab. On the right-most side of the table is the quality, reliability, and packaging information report that you can download.
