If 20GHz FMCW Sync trace need control to 50 ohm,
Why the AWR_1_FMCW_SYNCOUT / AWR_1_FMCW_CLKOUT on top layer don't follow the 50 ohm rule as attached file?

Hello,
The 20GHz LO is not routed as a 50 ohm single ended trace, it is routed as a GCPW with an impedance of 50 ohms. The stackup does not reflect this signal.
Typically, the design of these traces needs to be done through some field solver, not relying on the fab house to define the impedance of the trace.

The inner layers are routed as a coplanar waveguide with GND.
