Hi, Ti support team.

I have met some problems when I want to use DCA1000EVM and 1843radar to get raw data with mmwave studio.

When I am trying to connect the device with mmwave radar, I cannot get the XDS110 Application port, I have downloaded and installed the ti_emu pack, and the sop, local internet setting have also been checked,. in my device manager, the ports only has AR-DevPack-EVM-012 COM(4-7)

Hello Zhihua,

FTDI drivers may not have been installed correctly, could you please below instruction if the FTDI is not installed correctly.

hi, thanks for your reply.

I think I issue is the XDS110 application doesn't show up, and I have installed the XDS Emulation Software Package. and in the mmwave studio, my FTDI connectivity is connected, however, my RS232 connectivity is disconnected.

Hello Zhihua,

Can you check by just connecting the AWr1843 with the PC and not the DCA what you are seeing on the device manager?
