AWR1642BOOST: are BPM files available to load into the AWR1642BOOST eval board?

Part Number: AWR1642BOOST

Hi - I would like to transmit a BPM waveform on my AWR1642BOOST evaluation board. So far I have only used the mmWave Demo Visualizer. Is there a way to do that without getting into writing code and using the SDK tools? Is there a selection of waveforms to play? If so, what is the procedure?     Thanks much - Paul

  • Hi Paul,

    Thank you for your patience.

Your best option to use BPM would be using the CLI command which is a part of our OOB demo as shown in the image below:

If you choose not to use the feature from the demo, then your other option would be to use the mmWave Studio tool to have the same BPM configuration onto the mmWave device. This sequence can be automated and reconfigured very easily without the need of writing a lot of code. Please note that there are no preset waveforms to select from and you would have to program the device to do what you intend based on your use case using the same mmWave Studio tool.

Hope this helped. Please let me if otherwise.

    Regards,

    Kaushik
