AWR2944: SPI wrong clks when run at high speed

Part Number: AWR2944

Hi Experts

My customer is referring to C:\ti\mmwave_mcuplus_sdk_04_04_01_02\mcu_plus_sdk_awr294x_09_00_00_15\examples\drivers\mcan\mcan_external_loopback_interrupt\awr294x-evm\r5fss0-0_freertos\ti-arm-clang demo to configure MCAN PHY via SPI bus.

When they run this demo on EVM, the SPI signal is as below, which looks good.

However when they increase the SPI speed from 600KHz to 2MHz.

They observe some additional SPI clk period when CS is released,

Could you pls help tell why the clk is different after SPI clk frequency is increased?

Thanks

Ken
