TMP75B-Q1: POR

Part Number: TMP75B-Q1

Hi team,

I would like to know how the device react if momently supply drop occurs which violate recommended operating range.

I especially would like to know if the device will automatically resume operation and read slave address correctly or not.

Is there any concern of recommended guide line for MCU to command when supply voltage momently drop below recommended operating range?

regards,

  • Hi Shinji,

If the supply voltage falls under recommended operating range, the behaviour of the part will be unknown and not guaranteed by datasheet specs. My recommendation is to issue a general call reset once the supply is above operating conditions (granted you can monitor the supply voltage) so that you can ensure the device registers are in a known state.

    Best regards,
