TMP451: How to modify I2C slave address

Part Number: TMP451


We will use 2 pcs TMP451 with one I2C bus on board, but the I2C slave address can't be changed, fixed on 4CH.

How to modify the I2C slave address or could you have any suggestion?

    Hi Vicky,

    The TMP451 comes in 1 address only. TI may be able to produce it with a different address if the business case is large enough. Otherwise, you would have to use an I2C switch/MUX to communicate with multiple devices of the same address on the same bus. I would also recommend looking into the TMP451-Q1 which is SW compatible and features the following addresses:
