   But, I think that you has not understand what i say.  I know the difference between address frame and data frame under IDLE-LINE mode. I also konw how to sent an address frame using more than 10 idle periods. The question disturbs me is that, the first data frame after POWER ON is judged as address frame because of IDLE bit's definition, see the figure below.  

Is the first frame after power-up always the address frame? If so, I'll tell my colleague that his config code is wrong.

Can you confirm that?

I've reviewed this thread and I'm not quite sure what the issue is. Are you asking for a confirmation that after 10 or more idle bits, the received frame will be interpreted as an address, as the figure depicts? If that is the question, then I can confirm the description is correct. Have you run into any problems with your implementation with this understanding?

    I konw that a frame is interpreted as an address frame after 10 or more idle period bits. In some case, AWR6843 connects with other chips, for example another MCU. If the MCU takes more  time to initialize than AWR6843, it will send the first frame relatively late after power-up. So, if the first frame from MCU is a data frame, it will be misjudged by the AWR6843 as an address frame, because a sufficient length of idle bit length is detected in front of this frame. So, unless AWR6843 requires that the first received frame after power-up is an address frame, the above problem cannot be solved.  Is that right?

As you mentioned, if there are 10 or more idle bit periods, the next frame will be interpreted as an address.

If the idle period requirement has been met, then it would be expected that the next frame would contain an address. Are you observing something different?
