Hi,
Recently, I purchased a new MMWCAS-DSP-EVM and MMWCAS-RF-EVM board from Mouser.
When testing the DSP board, it became clear that only one LED lights up while the other LEDs don’t. I also noticed that one chip seems to be damaged.
To power it, I use a 12V-5A power supply as recommended. I also tested with a 12V-3A and it still does not work.
Mouser's customer service requires contacting E2E forum, hoping that an engineer will be able to start the part or confirm it is defective.
