I'm testing OPT3101 mounted on my hardware: I performed step 2 of SDK Calibration and I found that I changes linearly but Q not.
The circuit uses a LTE-C9506B as IR LED and a TEM1000 as photodiode.

Hi Roberto,
The compensation for I and Q over temperature is linear fit, so the non-linearity on Q will result in some error after compensation. Depending on the use case, you may be able to compensate by selecting a smaller temperature range that better fits the expected temperature range in the application, and this smaller range could have a more linear Q vs. temperature curve.
