Hi Ren,

the material content is empty on the link website. do you have it to share? because customer feels this part may not meet SAC alloy after she did material analysis by herself. I need TI report to show.

We were able to pull doc that states the ball composition for TMP139 as Sn3.9Ag0.6Cu
