We have a jetson nano with kernel 4.9 and a OPT3001 ALS sensor
while accessing illuminance value from sysfs entries, we are getting the following error
cat: '/sys/devices/7000c000.i2c/i2c-0/0-0044/iio:device1/in_illuminance_input': Connection timed out
we have observed that ALS HW is detected in the i2cdetect , and we are not able to read the illuminance value, tried multiple times
can you please support us to find the root cause for this issue and help us to fix this
please respond asap as this is very critical to us
