AWR6843AOP: Problem with ISSI flash

Hello,

We have a board design that works with AWR1843AOP and AWR6843AOP. When I use ISSI IS25LP016D I don't have any problem with 1843, but with AWR6843AOP I can only load .bin file with uniflash. After loading debug binary with uniflash, when I test with CCS it says it is successful but I can't establish debug connection.

Silicon rev is ES2.0 but I think bootloader have a problem with setting QE bit of flash 

(I don't have these problems with macronix or gigadevice.)
