Device marking "14Q" SC70/DCK PART NUMBER

I am looking for the marking 14Q on the top of the SC70 part.

It is expected to be a part made by TI.

I couldn't search for TI marking code information, but I found a similar 1DQ part.

The pin map information is the same, but the device marking of the part I am looking for is 14Q.

Can you check the part?

Hello jung,

14Q marking does not match any TI device. In addition, there is no TI logo on this device, therefore this is not likely a TI device.

Could it be a part custom-made by TI?
Fin map is similar to INA21X series
I expect it was custom made.
Or is it because it is an old part and there is no datasheet?

Hello Jung,

Apologies for the delay. We do not believe this is a TI device, and reviewing various part markings has come up empty. You suggested it might be an INA21x family device, however, none of the devices from that family are marked 14Q.
