I am interested in vital sign monitoring using millimeter wave sensors.

I am using IWR6843ISK for evaluation.

I can monitor heart rate and breathing rate using mmWave_Industrial_Visualizer.

How accurate are these relative to the actual heart rate and breathing rate?

Also, could you please provide me with any documents that contain information regarding the accuracy of vital sign monitoring?

Hi,

Typically there could be variation of +/-10 beats per minute for the heart rate and breathing rate variation is +/-5

Also, you can use devices like smart watch and pulse oximeter to find the deviation.

Currently, we do not have any documents that describe the accuracy.

Does the above accuracy represent the maximum deviation between the measured value of a device such as a smart watch or pulse oximeter and the experimental value using the millimeter wave sensor module at your company?

Yes, the above deviation is the difference between the heart rate measured through smart watch/pulse oximeter and the mmwave sensor
