Hello.

I have purchased IWR6843AOPEVM, DCA1000EVM, and MMWAVEICBOOST.

Currently, I am able to acquire bin data using mmWaveStudio and lua.

I would like to make the timing of acquiring ADC data real-time.

I would appreciate any tips for this.

It feels like the data is being dumped as bin after measuring the ADC data, but where is the data being stored until it is dumped?

Also, is it possible for a user to retrieve it?

Looking at other users' questions, they seem to be trying UDP communication and serial communication. Please let me know if there are any effective methods.

Thank you for sending me the link. I have been able to capture the data.

However, the ideal is not a .bin file. I want to visualize the ADC data while measuring.

This is a part of the lua I am using.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

--Start Record ADC data
ar1.CaptureCardConfig_StartRecord(adc_data_path, 1)
RSTD.Sleep(1000)

--Trigger frame
ar1.StartFrame()
RSTD.Sleep(READ_TIME)
ar1.StopFrame()

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

I want to output and visualize the ADC data from between StartFrame() and StopFrame().

Please tell me where I should output the ADC data for that purpose.

Dear Miura -

As mentioned in the DCA1000 user guide (Table 11, page 17), the raw ADC data should be available via port 4098 on the static ethernet. A terminal program should be able to be used to see the data stream.
