I have problem connecting the TMAG5273EVM through the SCB board.

From the figure below, is TI site allows access or denial access?

Thank you for posting to the Sensors forum!

You mentioned that you are having trouble connecting to the TMAG5273EVM with the SCB, to clarify this is with regard to the GUI correct?

Are you able to share an image of the error message that you get when attempting to connect to the GUI?

Regarding your question, you should allow access for the TI site.

Hi Alicia,

The TI Cloud Agent Application already installed but I still receive this message.

Hi Dan,

Could you try uninstalling, then re-installing the TICloudAgent executable to see if that helps?

Also another option you could try would be to download the GUI and running it locally.

Thanks for your advice.

Now my PC is able to communicate with the SCB after downloading the GUI to my PC.
