AWR1843AOP: Output Power in Chip-out

I'm studying AWR1843AOP and I'd like to know the Output Power in Chip-out of AWR1843AOP.

Please let me know the Output Power in "Chip-out" of it when "Tx output power back-off code" is 0 in <txOutPower> of profileCfg.

Since I compare IWR1843+our original Antenna and AWR1843AOP's antenna, I need to set "Tx output power back-off code" in <txOutPower> of profileCfg so that they are the same the output power.
But I'm not sure the Output Power in "Chip-out" of it when "Tx output power back-off code" is 0 in <txOutPower> of profileCfg.

*I understand that transmitter EIRP of AWR1843AOP is 16dBm from the datasheet.

Please advise.
