Can TI support for a PoC (Proof of Concept) Reference design for 3 Wire PT100 based AFE with Temperature Resolution of 0.2 or 0.5 degree centigrade across Entire range.

Thanks for the preliminary information of Using and Replacing RTD using TI Digital Temperature Measurement Solutions.

However , I am looking for a Proven Reference Design with BOM for RTD based AFE (Analog Front End) From TI.

Could you please provide the link to same?

Rajesh,

TI does not make RTDs and the PT100 is not a TI part. That being said, there are a few app notes and E2E threads that discuss this that should provide some guidance. This is all we will be able to provide at this time.
