Dear Texas Instruments,

I'm working on creating a sanitization procedure for a design that contains your part number HDC3022. I need to specify the size of volatile and nonvolatile memory found in the design. The data sheet indicates that the HDC3022 contains RAM and NVM (Nonvolatile memory). What are the sizes of these memories within the HDC3022 device?

As I said originally, I'm creating a sanitization procedure for a design that is using this part. I need to specify the size of volatile and nonvolatile memory found in the design. This part has memory and I need to know how much xx bytes RAM and xx bytes NVM that is user accessible in the part.
