PGA970: Exitation to MHR 005 LVDT

Hi,

I have procured PGA970 EVM Board along with USBTOANY. I want to connect and give excitation to LVDT. LVDT is MHR 005 from TE Connectivity. Below are the details of LVDT:

and planning to excite at 2.5kHz & electrical specification is given as sensitivity - 3.19mV/V/mm, stroke range +/- 0.005 in, output at stroke ends16mV/V, Phase Shift - +73 degree, Input Impedance (primary)-59Ohms, Output Impedance (secondary)-260 ohms

I am new to PGA970, how to start and configure the GUI for exciting the LVDT. Please help and give some schematics.
