HDC3020: Can HDC3020 be reverse bias via I2C resistors when device is non-powered?

Part Number: HDC3020

I have a question regarding HDC3020.

The device itself is supplied via +3.3VDD2 and the pulp-up resistors for I2C are supplied via +3.3VDD1.

If +3.3VDD2 is switched off ( 0V ) but +3.3VDD1 is still active ( pull-up resistors ).

Is there any chance for HDC2030 to be "reversed supplied" via I2C resistors and causing a problem on the I2C bus since other devices will use this bus when HDC2030 is switched off.

Is this state acceptable ?

Thank you for your help!
