There were typo from original thread. The customer would like to use RS485 transceiver via UART port?

Can you please recommend the proper RS485 IC for AWR1843AOP?

Dear Jack -

Yes, it is possible to convert UART (RS-232) to RS-485.

Texas Instruments makes a single chip converter: https://www.ti.com/product/THVD4431

Also, here is a reference design which uses more ICs (RS232 and RS485 transceivers, which we also make, more traditional than single IC, like above device): https://www.ti.com/lit/ug/tiduei7/tiduei7.pdf
