Hello,
I am trying to find out what the minimum frequency slope (i.e., maximum chirp time) is that the AWR2243 can support for a chirp. The ICD states that PF_FREQ_ SLOPE_CONST has 1 LSB equivalent to 48.279 kHz/us, so I assume this is the lowest you can make it? Is there anyway to decrease this? For example, maybe the VCO can be controlled directly to create a slower ramp?
Cheers,
Alexander
Hello,
Yes, your understanding is correct. The valid ranges are as below with the minimum value of 48.279kHz/us. There is no way to achieve a smaller slope value.
