TMP112 is a High-Precision CMOS. For more information about TMP112 quality, reliability, and packaging please refer to Quality, reliability, and packaging data download | TI.com. TI only performs radiation testing on space grade products and does not have data for commercial products. TI cannot speculate on the radiation performance of a part that has not been tested. We are currently releasing some new Radiation Tolerant devices. Please reach out to your Field Application Engineer for information.

TI only performs radiation testing on space grade products and does not have data for commercial products. TI cannot speculate on the radiation performance including latch history of a part that has not been tested.

Sorry for the confusion, I assumed that you wanted to know if the device latches during radiation exposure. Can you clarify what you mean by "latches electrically"?
