I recently studied the 1843boost for radar tx antenna waveform in the RF front.

for 1T4R mode, what waveform of radar mmwave in RF front? sine or cosine function waveform of mmwave radar in the actual environment?

for 2T4R mode, what waveform of radar? sine and cosine?

Thanks for the post - the simple answer is sine. Please see this informative technical white paper, which explains how the FMCW RADAR is processed, with math and describes the use of the onboard FFT to get velocity information and increase the range resolution, especially when there are multiple objects in range.
