AWRL1432: Distance Accuracy

Hi, please tell me how to use it.

I am considering using this IC in K2O.
I don't care if it's a rough estimate, so please tell me the accuracy of detecting the user's location.
(not kick-gesture speed accuracy)

    Let us assume the reflection from the kick is strong, we should get very accurate range estimation.    On top of that, we will need very good estimation on angle to get accurate 3D location.   The angle accuracy is depending on the antenna design.  Are you plan to have your own antenna designed?

    Is it possible to detect the exact location of the user who is not kicking? For example, if there is a child in front of the user or an obstacle such as a pole.
    Maybe I might design the antenna myself.

    In our KTO example, some range and azimuth processing could be done to try and localize where a target is. With two people in the view of the radar, it would be hard to determine where they are located.

    With two people in the scene, it would likely require point cloud output. Please check out our MMWave Demo in the radar toolbox. This would require some extra processing to be able to decide on the kick gesture, but it would be better to understand where both humans are.
