IWR6843ISK-ODS: Using the mmWave Industrial Visualiser: How to get FALL DETECTED to show up on the GUI

Hi all,

I am using the IWR6843ISK-ODS as part of a university project and have been looking at the demos of the mmWave Industrial Visualizer. Looking at some of the labs, if a fall is detected, FALL DETECTED is shown on the Visualizer GUI.

My visulizer also does not show me the estimated height of the person being monitored.

Wondering how I can get my visualizer to do the same. Sometimes the visualizer locks me out of using my DATA COM port, not sure how to resolve this, could be linked.
