Dear Akihiko -
Thanks for the post -
Here on ti.com, to see qualification tests for any TI part, there are two paths -
one is via the product page using the view or download link as indicated by the blue circle below
the other way, to the same place is directly via ti.com/quality ==> https://www.ti.com/quality-reliability-packaging-download/report?opn=AWR6843ABGABLQ1
Hello Josh,
They wanted to check the grade this time, but you told "comply with grade requirements".
we did not know which grade was tested.
Their understanding is, the grade is not described in the datasheet.
Can you please clarify where in the data sheet they should refer?
Regards,
A.Fujinaka
Dear Fujinaka-
The Q1 in the part number is the grade. With TI parts, -Q1 in a part number means AEC-Q100 device. The datasheet also has AEC-Q100 qualified in Features section (front page) and elsewhere in the document. The datasheet has min and max values stated which apply because these tests were performed (IAW the respective Q100 tests) and passed. (this is true for any TI part)
