IWRL6432: Change flash memory

Hello, 

Our team is considering change flash memory.

IS25LP080D is recommended in Flash Variants Supported by the mmWave Sensor (Rev. E).

But it is only IMByte.

I wanna check that IS25LP016D-JULA3  is possible.

As quick review of datasheet, two flash memory look almost same, except size.

Please let me know what should I consider when changing flash memory.

And Is there an example refer to how to change it?

    Hi Jiyeon,

    For the QSPI flash part, please ensure the QSPI serial flash supports:

      1. 80MHz Clock Frequency
      2. Quad Enable (QE) bit is enabled
      3. The flash memory should not be greater than 64Mbit
      4. SFDP command is supported

    We do not have document regarding replacing the Flash memory but if the IS25LP016D-JULA3 is pin to pin compatible with IS25LP080D and meets all the above criteria, it should be supported.
