If by raw data you mean unfiltered, unprocessed, ADC dumped data, then you will need a DCA1000 EVM which allows for raw data capture over Ethernet.

okes..Thanks Pedrhom..Also then do we need /get some scripts to process ADC data dump? What about the point cloud data ,how can we log the same..

For ADC data, we have mmWaveStudio which is our tool that allows us to configure and capture raw data with the DCA1000 and mmWave Sensor combination. mmWaveStudio has .json scripts to automate the configuring's process, where after configuring using the GUI once you can save it as a .json file so that you do not have to reconfigure again every time. We also provide an example MATLAB script for parsing the raw data into MATLAB.
For point cloud and other outputs used across our open source example projects, all you need is the sensor itself. All of our example demos can be found in the Radar Toolbox, and below I will link all the output types across all of our examples to get an idea of what kind of data you can get from Radar.
