The photodiode used on the OPT3101EVM board is a plug-in, there is no recommended photodiode model of the patch with similar parameters; Use Mini MIDLED package;

I am looking for a surface mount photodiode for the OPT3101, The photodiode operating parameter is close to SFH213 FA,Do you have a recommended photodiode ?

Pengsheng,

Take a look at the SFH 2400FA-Z. There are not as many SMT options for a photodiode as there is for a leaded part.
