I have TI modules TI MMWCAS-RF-EVM ( mmwave Cascade Radar EVM REV-E with AWR2243P) and TI MMWCAS-DSP-EVM linked together and I use them cascaded to run mmWaveStudio MiMo example ( MIMO Configuration Scripts used: Cascade_Configuration_MIMO.lua for configuration and Cascade_Capture.lua for capturing data, a little bit modified for my environment ). Then I use MATLAB example 4chip_cascade_MIMO_example modified also to my environment. I have a rather open field with a Corner Reflector in a range of 5 to 30meters. There was not a possibility to carry out the corner reflector test in an echoless room for calibration needs, because of unavailability of one and on the other hand a restricted working schedule. I use default calibration files (calibrateResults_high.mat etc.). The results are somewhat confusing. Sometimes the Corner Reflector can be seen (if I interpret right), sometimes not, sometimes there are excessive "ghost" objects. How could I improve the results? Should I change the Profile Configuration in Cascade_Configuration_MIMO.lua? How?
