Hello team,
My customer downloaded demo app image and tried to run Visualizer to see its output. They followed our Visualizer User's guide document but they were not able to see any plots on our Visualizer tool with below error message.
"Output.pcap file not found or device doesn't Send any Packets....."
As they saw below CLI, seems AWR2544 itself is working correctly. Also, when they sniffed Ethernet through Wireshark, they were able to see some packets between their Linux(Ubuntu) and 2544EVM. Can we provide some help on this issue? If there is anything missed, please provide some guidance.
