IWR6843: Variance of transmitter's output power

This question is related to the e2e thread below.

the answer below means transmitter's output power is within 10dBm to 14dBm in all ICs. Is this understanding correct?

The variation in output power for IWR6843 is +-2dB at 0dB back off and CLPC calibration over frequencies.
