We need to create a IMDS entry for following part Numbers and need some confirmation as follows:

In the material Mold compound a substance "Metal Hydroxide" is entered as Trade Secret. Unfortunately, we cannot draw any conclusions as to which substance this is exactly.
Another substance "Proprietary Filler" is entered in the Substrate material. Here, too, we cannot identify what exactly it is.
A statement regarding REACh is available in the document, but we also need confirmation regarding GADSL (global automotive declarable substance list) that the two substances do not contain any declarable and/or banned substances.

The substance "Proprietary Materials" is entered in the material bond wire. Here we have the same problem as above.
Can you confirm the GADSL conformity?
