Hi,

I find HWA CFAR Engine in AWRL1432 with local max check, so my question is why not config CFAR engine with peak enable directly, but search peak in Post Processing?

parking_9m.cfg is located C:\ti\MMWAVE_L_SDK_05_04_00_01\examples\mmw_demo\mmwave_demo\profiles\xwrL14xx-evm, in the cfg file, cfar peak function disable.

Hi Peng. The local peak option can be applied either in HWA or in post processing. In HWA it is called "peak grouping" and in post processing I believe "local peak option". In the early days we only had the "peak grouping" option, and later we introduced in the post processing, and kept the two options. You can use either of the two options
