DRV5055A2ELPGQ is AEC-Q100 Grade 0. I would like to ask the question below :

Is this PEM (PLASTIC ENCAPSULATED MICROCIRCUITS) part?
What condition that TI use for HTRB or HTOL (High Temperature Operating Life) per JESD22-A108 for this part?
What condition that TI use for TC/TS (Temperature Cycle or Temperature Shock) per JESD22-A104 for this part?

The reliability data that I received from website did not state about test, temperature. Only stated Per grade requirement.

If anyone can help me with this data I would gladly appreciate that.

Tik,

Thanks for reaching out on E2E. DRV5055 is encapsulated in a plastic mold compound.

For HTOL, the device was subjected to 150C for 1000 hours.

For TC the device went through 1652 cycles from -65C to 150C

Thanks. Is this part using Cu(Copper) as a Substrate controlling the CTE? If not Cu, what's substrate that TI's using to control the CTE?

The lead frame is a mostly copper alloy plated with tin. You can request a full report of the materials content used in any of our packages with this tool
